How to create your trip
Contact us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook and share a few details: travel month, trip duration, number of people, age and fitness level, itinerary wishes, accommodation type, estimated budget, and any questions you may have.
You will then receive a personalized, illustrated itinerary proposal. You may request up to two revisions. Additional changes are subject to a €30 fee (deducted from your final booking if you confirm your trip). This helps us stay clear and efficient from the start.
Once the itinerary is approved, you will receive a detailed quotation summarizing your trip.
How to book your trip
Your trip is confirmed upon signing the quotation and paying a 30% deposit. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before departure.

Travel insurance
Wild Nature Trips offers travel insurance including cancellation, multirisks and repatriation coverage in partnership with ASSUREVER.
